Merry Christmas!everyone this is a picture of my dad and my puppy he decided he wanted to get in all of this lights.I thought it would make a cute picture.

Lesson 9

The only that I am stuck on is finding great books, I went to the city library and there were no books in English there were a few books that translated from Korean to English but none of those books were on my topic. So for my paper I am going to have more online sources than book sources but I am going to keep searching. I am really excited about writing my paper I have learned so much about euthanasia, and there is more to it than just murder. Out of all the papers that I done as topic of choice this one is my favorite. I am nervous because this is the final paper so I have mixed emotions about the research paper.

lesson 14

I really wish I would have provided more time for myself to complete my paper.Out of all the papers that I have done my final paper was my favorite.I was a bit nervous to turn my paper in. I had this feeling as if though I was forgetting something to to this particular lesson even though I know I submitted everything maybe its just my nerves.

Do you have a cast iron stomach?

Bundigie (bun-dee-gee)
Bundigie is boiled caterpillars it is a popular vendor food especially during spring festival time. Some people eat the cocoon and caterpillars others just suck the caterpillar out of its cacoon. I have not been brave enough to try this or any other bug vendor food, I have been told that Bundigie is something that people should just eat and not smell.

Korean Cuisine

Bulgogi
Bulgogi is good barbecue restaurant food in Korea it’s mainly raw pork or beef that is grilled and served with rice, vegetable’s, and noodles. Bulgogi means “fire meat” because of the cooking technique and the red pepper seasoning.

Bibimbap(bim- bim- bop)
Bibimbap is a very popular dish in Korea and around the world it means “mixed meal” it’s made in an extreme hot stone bowl, in the bottom of the bowl is rice or Soba noodles mix vegetables of cucumbers, seweed, spinach, carrots, onions, mushrooms red peppers and green peppers. Topped off with bulgogi, kimchi, and a raw egg the bowl is so hot the egg cooks when everything is stirred together, it’s a very delicious and popular meal among American’s in korea. The pastry tastes like a donut/waffle with a taste of sweeten beans. The Korean’s believe that people who eat the head first are optimistic; people who eat the tail first are considered cautious. The majority of Asian treats and desert are made with sticky rice and beans if you are not a fan of beans or rice you probably won’t enjoy the majority of Asian desert or treats.

My family had Thanksgiving at a friends house and we came home to find the puppy's disaster.

After Thankgiving was my dad's birthday we went downtown and tried a few korean vendor foods. What my dad is eating is basically a corn dog with fries all over it the koreans call it potato hot dogs, these would be a major success in the states.
